SC EP:1208 Texas Law-Enforcement Officer Encounter

Former Texas law-enforcement officer Matt Parrish uprooted his family and moved to Washington’s Olympic Peninsula—never imagining he would spend the next four and a half years living alongside something he once dismissed as legend.

He recalls the night everything changed: eerie whistles drifting in through the window, massive footprints pressed into the soil around the house, objects striking the exterior walls, and a Ring camera clip that erased any lingering doubt.

Over time, Matt describes an uneasy but evolving relationship with the beings the local Quinault people call the Siatco—a progression from fear and confusion to an uncanny form of coexistence on an isolated property bordered by rivers, elk trails, and dense rainforest. His account includes gifting interactions, hair impressions, window encounters, and even a close, face-to-face moment with a pair of glowing red eyes at three in the morning.

    How could them staying away from cameras be related to smell, yet when the power was out, they’d come around? Smell was still there, yet they knew cameras weren’t operating. It’s more complicated than smell

    They’re actually is a what to do if you encounter a Sasquatch protocol it’s with the The United States army they give it to all of their men on base when they , Tactical two weeks survival course training they absolutely go into some short depth at the very last animal on several basis what to do if you’re confronted with a Big Foot do their two week survival course anyone goes online and they pull that up. It’s gotta be worded right but it’s there they added it to it about two years ago as far as I know, it’s only the army , but it’s on there so for the world with this naïve about the government wanting their own men when you’re out there in your willingness, two weeks survival course there is protocol on what to do if you’re confronted with one of our bipedal hominoid buddies I don’t know how much more evidence people need

    Very interesting Wes. I wonder if the other people in the neighborhood had experiences too. Personally I think he was playing with fire but guess you’d have to be there. His father was from East Texas he must have been familiar with some of those horror stories. Maybe they are just different in different areas. Happy Thanksgiving from Maine. 🦃

      Arla, from a Flash of Beauty – full interviews, mentioned that anyone can carry a gun, it’s all in the intention of the person.

      Matt, can carry a gun around them, I’m sure of it…they know he won’t shoot at them.

      Wes can also carry a gun around them…they know he shoots for food and protection! They know to keep their distance and not to make any harsh movements around him…they just freak him out with a spider crawl…for him to bring awareness to the world…& it’s working!!

    They do like blueberry muffins. Very interesting take by Mel on leaving enough for your family Matt. Great that your visitors had an encounter and were brave enough to stay the night. Great interview Matt. Also shows how darn hard it is to film or take pictures of Bigfoots. I would like to have these kind of experiences with them, not possible where I live even though we are out in the country a bit. I would think that large boulder could just be a gift and hoping you would put out more food. That river stone could be a gift to you also. And Wes is right. Whatever happens is always on their terms. I do wonder what it is about a camera that keeps them away – very strange.
    Have you thought about going back to the property to see if the new owners are having experiences? This is definitely one of the great habituations.

    As a Canadian, I would like to wish all of my American friends a happy Thanksgiving the ties that bond our two countries together are far stronger and greater than a temporary hiccup in relations.

    Never a dull interview. I was interviewed by Miguel from Sasqautch Theory. I live here in Missouri. I Took him to my Family’s property and showed him what me an my Friend had found. Shelters and structures aswell as tree breaks. They are real flesh,blood,pulse and all. They are on the property. I Love this show an the insight. I like and respect your approach Wes.

    That may be the worst “Bigfoot” photo. Who knows what is happening at his place & I’d be converted too ect…hope it works out all that…But c’mon that’s Rorschach test photo. I didn’t see anything in it

      That may be the worst Bigfoot photo ever. I’m sorry & who knows what’s happening at his place & I’d be concerned too but c’mon that looks like a Rorschach test photo. His dad is probably correct about the scent too. They can’t train the dog on “human” scent. A) we all smell different & B) The dogs & these Bigfoot/People/Thing/Aliens are used to “our” scent. They know what we smell like. The chemicals from all our crap makes a lot of sense. I bet there is something all these witnesses use daily. Or there is a few things witnesses use & leave all the over the Forrest. That attracts these things. Something that’s so appealing to them. That they get absolutely captivated by it. This is why round side crossings are so common. IDK who knows but a set of or list of items/products we use. That these things find irresistible. Is something I haven’t ever considered.

    Ahh, figures you’d mention the app issues. but I’ve always had some but I get by.
    now I’m having to use Iheart and the member shows aren’t there and commercials.
    but it isn’t crashing like you said, just won’t load anything sometimes.. so I’m listening to older stuff to you can get it right Wes.
    Screw the I phones fix Android my man, lol.

    Wes, I suggest that you go to your primary care physician or an urgent care center to have a blood sample drawn, sand send the same to MicrogenDX in Houston, TX. They can tell you if you have an infection, what it is and how to treat it. You seem to have too many episodes of respiratory illness… IMO, and my opinion is largely worthless, but it may be best to play it safe and do the lab work. The cost is ap nprnoximately $250, not including blood draw and FedEx, but it may be the best money you ever spent and you don’t need an appointment to go to an urgent care.

    So many things he could have taken pictures of the tracks outside the window, the boulder on the gifting station but post a photo like THAT? Jeez come on. Idk bout this guy he’s a studder-er. Lol his stories don’t flow like ALOT of others. Call me crazy but many more stories I’ve heard just seem a lot more believeable. Not saying he’s lying cause I’m a believer but the stories just don’t flow out of his mouth it’s just choppy like he’s trying to remember what goes with the story he’s telling. and Wes, I don’t think ur a dick for calling him out about that that’s the type of thing I would say too.! 👍🏻keep up the great work Wes!
